We listen to your requirements and carefully match each learner with a suitable tutor, taking into account their goals, unique needs and learning styles. This approach ensures a tailored and effective learning experience, while respecting the privacy of both our clients and tutors.

What if I don't like the tutor?
The relationship between the student and the tutor is crucial for the learning process. We always arrange a trial lesson with no further commitment at the start of your tutoring journey. If, for any reason, you don't feel the tutor is a right fit, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and work to find a resolution or a more suitable replacement, ensuring your satisfaction with the tutoring experience.

What checks do you do?
As part of our robust safeguarding process, we ensure that our tutors all have a current enhanced DBS certificate. We seek professional references and check every tutor’s qualifications.

We are a member of the Tutors' Association, the Government-recognised professional body for the tuition industry.

Do I have to pay in advance?
No. Our tutor management system issues invoices only when the tutor has marked the lesson as having taken place, so you never have to pay upfront.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge for lessons booked but cancelled with less than 24 hour's notice.

How much does tutoring cost?
Rates vary depending on the tutor, but the cost will be agreed with you before starting tuition.
